Gardening Guide for Victorian Gardeners

Last night Loretta and I attended the launch of Jane Edmanson's new book From the Ground Up. The event was held at Flemington Racecourse, overlooking the track and with spectacular views over the City. The venue was the perfect setting for the launch of this book. Every little detail was considered from the masses of flowers providing colour & fragrance to the string quartet playing in the background. The food was exquisite too.

Six years in the making, this book is a complete and comprehensive garden guide specifically developed for all Victorian gardeners. It is a collaborative effort utilising the recommendations of many Victorian plant experts, coupled with Jane's vast plant knowledge and experience.

Jane has been a Victorian presenter for the ABC's Gardening Australia for over 20 years. She writes for the Gardening Australia Magazine and for numerous other publications. Jane broadcasts on radio 3AW's Big Backyard and for over 20 years on the radio has answered more lemon tree questions than you would care to count!!
