Sudoku is one of those mass market crazes that has caught the imagination of thousands and thousands of Australians, and continues to entertain commuters and lovers of all things numbers, alike!
Australia’s first national sudoku team (The Numbats) travel into the unknown of competitive puzzling as they enter the World Sudoku Championships in Goa, India. The Numbats consist of four ex-rugby mates, all keen to represent their country in some form or another. With moderate-at-best sudoku skills they enter the tournament unqualified and underprepared. Competing against numerical geniuses from the world over, including the much fancied tournament favourite, Thomas Snyder, the Numbats experience what representing their country is all about.
